If You Need Help, It’s OK to Ask

Being clean is not always easy. We get it. If you’re struggling with addiction, mental stress, or pressure to perform, you can get support.

  • Talk to Your Team
    • Reach out to your team lead or HR department
  • Visit Clinics
    • Government clinics (Klinik Kesihatan) offer support
  • Call Help Groups
    • AA/NA anonymous help groups are available

Better to get help than to lose your job or worse, your life.
